Welcome to Small Dick, Young Heart, a concept bracket for the upcoming 2010 NCAA Men's basketball tournament. For this bracket, accuracy is completely and utterly irrelevant. In fact doing so is heavily frowned upon.

No ladies and gentlemen, no one cares about how much you think you know about college hoops. Pay any attention to the stochastic nature of March Madness and you'll realize wisdom = roughly 0.

So here's the deal. Fill out your bracket like it's an art project. Or a science project--but not one that tries to determine winners and losers of basketball games. Use a theme, like the 1920's, a number like pi, or fill it out like the way Edgar Allen Poe might if he jumped in a hot tub time machine.

There are no rules. Just fun. If you have any suggestions, please post them.
